On Tuesday, March 28, 2006, hundreds of brave Los Angeles students once again defied their teachers and walked out of class to protest the racist King/Sensenbrenner Bill, HR 4437. The students gathered in front of City Hall, despite the very cold and rainy weather. It was evident that the student's fire and anger kept them from feeling the rain's chilling effect, nor did they let it dampen or extinguish their enthusiasm. Once again, it was an honor to witness their historic actions, and they should serve as an example to others that the fight against HR 4437 did not culminate on Saturday, March 25th, but only began.
